How It Works
Our approach uses the benefits of performance-building practices to ensure that every aspect of the project aligns with your vision.

Our Process
-
Start by filling out our online form, or book a discovery call.
This initial contact helps us to understand your needs and how we can align our offerings with your vision. It’s also your opportunity to learn more about our process and ask any questions, while we outline a broad overview of your project.
-
DescriptiIn this phase, we dive into the details of your project. We’ll discuss your goals and assess feasibility. Together, we’ll determine the design approach (custom, customized pre-design, or full pre-design), timeline and budget.
Conceptual pricing will be provided for customized options, with fixed-price construction contracts established once the design is finalized.on text goes here
-
After identifying your needs and chosen design approach, we will send you a design proposal for your approval. Upon acceptance of the concept and budget, we will move forward to the design stage.
-
Our Design-Build method optimizes construction efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and feasibility.
For custom builds, your designer will collaborate with the design team to keep the project aligned with the prefabrication process. During the schematic phase, our estimator will provide a conceptual budget. At the building permit (BP) stage, we further refine that budget and establish a final figure shortly after the BP application is submitted.
For predesigned models, design and permitting can be completed in as little as two months while custom homes typically take six to eight months. Both options require decisions on the materials, foundation and engineering permitting. As we design your home, we also develop a conceptual build budget, saving you time and money. Once the design is approved, we finalize the building permit set and coordinate with all third-party professionals involved in your project.
-
Every project we do is based on a fixed-price model. Our integrated design-budget-build process allows us to simultaneously manage design and budgeting, ensuring all parties’ requirements are met. This is a key benefit of the prefabricated home process. We can control the building variables, and provide a consistent price.
At this stage, we present a construction contract detailing the scope of work and your fixed rate. Upon acceptance of this contract, we will proceed to the home construction phase. -
After authorization of the Construction Proposal and issuance of the permit, we begin building your home in volumes or panels or a mixture of both at our factory. We can complete up to 90% of module construction and 30% of the panelized components. All modules are fully framed and insulated, and the exterior and interior finishes are complete including electrical, plumbing and drywall.
-
While we build off-site, the foundation can be completed simultaneously, leading to a shorter overall timeline, reduced site impact, and minimized weather delays. The foundation typically takes about four weeks, depending on the project’s complexity and size.
-
When your project is ready for delivery, we transport the components to your site along with the crane. For modular builds, the project can be completed the project within a few weeks. Panelized homes will be weatherproofed and insulated but will take another 4-5 months to complete.
Whether you have questions about our process or are ready to start your journey, we would to start a conversation about how we can create a space together that fits your needs and suits your style.
